No Heat call
I was not sure if my heat pump was ready to take the arctic temps (Jan 14-16, 2024)so I had Geo Green HVAC inspect/service my home's HVAC. The technicians that performed the diagnosis were on time, very courteous, and methodically performed the necessary steps(inspecting/servicing coils, check refrigerant levels, pressure readings, thermostat performance, etc.) The techs shared all info w/me and answered all my questions. The best part was there was never an add-on or upgrade sales pitch. Thank you for being knowledgable, dependable, and easy going. You have a customer for life! And yes, my heat pump/HVAC is keeping us nice and warm:)

Geothermal performance issues and air-to-air changeout
We were in desperate need for repairs to existing installed geothermal HVAC units. Alex and crew ascertained the problem with the geothermal units and got them up and functioning as the units were meant to work. In addition, we needed to replace a conventional HVAC unit. Alex and crew installed the new unit and got it up and running as advertised. Outstanding work, timely responses to calls and a competent crew. In this heat, we are most grateful. They are at the top of my list to call.
